Dr. Chaboki recently moved his cosmetic surgery center to a renovated office within walking distance of the previous practice. Still located in Washington DC, he now focuses on a private practice to accommodate his patients. Dr. Chaboki continues to deliver the high-level of specialized care for discerning Washingtonians and those who travel far distances.
What’s New
Insurance
Other than the physical move to 2311 M Street NW Suite 501, we’ve modified how the practice deals with insurance companies. Potomac Plastic Surgery is now out-of-network with insurance.
Patients are still free to choose their physician, and many insurance plans also allow patients to seek a physician outside of the network. Patients who opt for an out-of-network physicians are often able to use the available benefits from within their existing health insurance plan to help pay for reconstructive services at Potomac Plastic Surgery. Many of the reconstructive plastic surgery procedures, such as septoplasty and sinus surgery, can be billed to insurance providers.
We create a clear estimate prior to any surgery so that patients can make informed decisions. Dr. Chaboki can also work with patients so that patient costs are similar to in-network providers.

We also have a new Patient Portal from our website with multiple features that provides convenience and saves you time:

- pre-register and complete intake forms prior to arriving to the office
- appointment requests
- private communication with the office and physicians
What’s the Same
Dr. Chaboki provides computer simulation for various facial plastic surgery procedures, such as rhinoplasty, chin surgery, and facelift.
Dr. Chaboki enjoys teaching his plastic surgery patients about potential treatment options that provide natural results.
While there are some changes with any practice transition, most of Dr. Chaboki’s plastic surgery practice remains the same. For example, methods of communication such as this website and main phone number haven’t changed.
He still offers a comprehensive approach to cosmetic procedures that reinforces natural results. Offering “less is more” options to help ease your way into cosmetic enhancement is an excellent way to slowly enhance your natural features to make you feel and look the best you can. Patients are continuously referred to Dr. Chaboki for his expertise, and we’re honored to be considered by patients as their “top doctor”. Patient satisfaction and loyalty is something we take seriously. His consideration of spending time to educate and offer all the options available is something he does not compromise on. Knowing all your options will help you to make the right choices for your personal results and expectations.
In addition, prices for nonsurgical treatments such as Botox and filler injections have not changed at this time. We try to avoid price increases, and review prices periodically each year, as material and operational costs continue to increase over time for cosmetic treatments. We will continue to monitor and keep you informed of cost effective opportunities and new product development. Our goal is to ensure your expectation is exceeded.
Lastly, Dr. Chaboki still teaches medical students, surgical residents, and attending physicians of various specialties in aspects of facial plastic surgery. From teaching future professionals to speaking with community groups and events, he continues his approach to growing the knowledge of his industry.
