Facial cosmetic surgery is very common in Asian countries, with upper eyelid surgery being the most popular. Asian blepharoplasty or double-eyelid surgery are terms for a specific type of upper eyelid surgery common in patients of Asian ethnicity. This gentleman was born with asymmetric upper eyelids with an existing crease on his right eyelid but lacking a crease on his left eyelid.
