Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery) Before & After Case 117

Dark circles and eye bags are cosmetic concerns for many Washington DC area plastic surgery patients. Examination revealed excess fat around the eye, but also insufficient fat volume of the upper cheek and midfacial area. A part of his dark circles was due to the shadow created by the excess volume of the eye above and the insufficient volume of the cheek below.

He underwent lower eyelid surgery to reduce excess fat via incisions hidden in the pink of the eye, thus avoiding external scar. In addition, he received facial fat injections with a specialized micrografting technique by Dr. Chaboki. His lower eyelid bags are now improved.
