A small chin often co-exists with a large nose. A disproportionately small chin can make a nose appear relatively larger. This Washington DC gentleman originally went to a plastic surgeon in New York area for rhinoplasty. After the rhinoplasty, he felt the need for further aesthetic improvement. He researched additional facial plastic surgery procedures, such as neck liposuction and buccal fat reduction to improve definition of his jawline. 

After seeing all the positive patient reviews, he had a cosmetic consultation with Dr. Chaboki. Preoperative office consultation allowed him to visualize potential surgical results via computer simulation. He initially seriously considered facial and neck fat reduction surgery.
