This patient was bothered by fullness under her chin and an ill-defined chin. She consulted with Dr. Chaboki for his expertise in cosmetic facial surgery and outstanding patient reviews.

Examination revealed a relatively weak chin bone and fat accumulation in the neck and jowls. He suggested the combination of chin augmentation with implant and neck liposuction to maximize her jawline and neck lift. She chose a medium chin implant, which was placed via a small incision under the chin. She didn't need incisions in-front of the ear with this type of neck lift.
