Facial sculpting is a group of procedures on the neck, chin, cheeks, and jawline that provide better contour. Volume may be reduced in some areas, while other regions have volume added to provide definition. 

This patient had a nonsurgical facial sculpting procedure of the lower face and jawline. He reported chronic jaw muscle discomfort despite prior dental treatments. Relaxer injections were placed in the jaw muscle to reduce relative excess facial width and reduce muscle tension. Relaxers include treatments such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeaveau that relax muscle.
