For Men Before & After Case 271
Case Details
Many men come to our office seeking rhinoplasty. Most have a bump or breathing issues, possibly from prior injury.
This Washington DC rhinoplasty patient came to Potomac Plastic Surgery to review potential rhinoplasty options. He had chronic nasal congestion despite prior septoplasty by another surgeon. Examination revealed a dorsal hump and deviated septum.
He underwent a closed, preservation rhinoplasty by Dr. Chaboki. This surgery is considered externally "scarless" and preserves the native nose as much as possible. Dr. Chaboki is one of only a few rhinoplasty specialists who focus on this closed, preservation approach.
After photographs are a few months after surgery. The nasal bridge is straighter and more refined without extensive cartilage grafts, which are typically used in open rhinoplasty. His results appears natural, and the nasal airway is also much more open.
