This gentleman is a long-time patient receiving facial fillers with Dr. Chaboki, a board certified facial plastic surgeon. He always had a double chin, which worsened with age. He wanted to appear full of energy and vigor, which he felt gradually faded from his appearance. 

He underwent a facelift with a deep neck lift, cheek fat transfer, and chin augmentation with medium implant. A deep neck lift was required as liposuction alone would not address deeper structural issues for his neck. After photos are only a couple months after surgery. He has a chiseled jawline, neck, and chin now! 

We ask men not to shave in the immediate recovery period after cosmetic surgery. Facelift incisions will continue to fade with time.
