Many people want a neck lifting procedure to reduce excess neck fat and skin. Plastic surgeons often offer a traditional lower facelift to tighten and lift the neck skin. Facelifts and neck lifts typically involve an incision around the ear, including mini lifts, S-lifts, or MACS lifts. While a facelift may give the best cosmetic result, not every patient wants or has the recovery time for such plastic surgery.
