Otoplasty Before & After Case 3

This man from Maryland had a broken nose from a sports injury. He also had nasal congestion and obstruction, in addition to twisted nose from injury. The nose was severely deviated with a droopy tip. He underwent functional rhinoplasty via an endonasal approach, septoplasty, and cartilage grafting. His nose has improved symmetry and better balance with the rest of the face. In addition, his nasal breathing has significantly improved with the rhinoplasty surgery.

The patient also had a naturally protruding ear on his left side due to excess ear cartilage. He had undergone otoplasty surgery to reshape the left ear to make it less prominent.
