Endonasal (closed) rhinoplasty is one approach to change the appearance of the nose. With endonasal rhinoplasty, the nose can be reshaped without external incisions or stitches. Bone and cartilage is modified via incisions hidden inside the nostrils. The other rhinoplasty approach is open rhinoplasty, where an incision is placed on the outside of the nose between the nostrils.
