Rhinoplasty - Cosmetic Before & After Case 20

This Washington DC area resident injured his nose multiple times from various sports injuries. He also had typical Washington allergy symptoms of chronic nasal congestion & postnasal drip due to a deviated nasal septum. He wanted to improve his breathing and felt the nose had grown too big from his injuries. His nasal allergy symptoms did not get better with allergy medication, and he took the opportunity to have combined nasal surgery with Dr. Chaboki to improve both his breathing and damaged nose.

He underwent septorhinoplasty via an endonasal approach. No external incisions were required to reduce his profile or to improve the deviated nasal septum. His nose now has better symmetry and balance with the rest of the face. In addition, his Washington DC allergy symptoms have greatly resolved with deviated septum surgery.
