Rhinoplasty - Cosmetic Before & After Case 287

Rhinoplasty is tailored to the specific needs of each patient. Some patients have cosmetic concerns of the nasal tip, while others may have issues with the bridge. One angle of the nose may be acceptable, while another angle may be disliked.

This patient was referred to Dr. Chaboki to review rhinoplasty options. She had a deviated septum and was planning septoplasty to improve breathing. She also disliked the asymmetry of the nose, the bump on the bridge, and the "hook nose" appearance. She expressed wanting to look herself and maintain her ethnicity. The patient consulted other plastic surgeons who made recommendations that were too dramatic.
