This Washington area woman had chronic nasal congestion and blocked breathing. She also disliked the deviated appearance of the nose, along with the nasal hump and droopy tip. She underwent a closed rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction. Her own cartilage from the septoplasty was used to reshape the nose. She now has a proportioned nose with improved nasal breathing.
