Eyelid rejuvenation is popular among Washington DC plastic surgery patients. A droopy eyelid, sagging brow, excess skin and fat, and wrinkles around the eyes develop automatically with age. Tissue changes with the eyes can be present from an early age, as even young patients can have dark circles or lower eye bags.

Cosmetic surgery of the eyelid (blepharoplasty) reduces excess skin and/or fat to create eyes that appear more open and less droopy.
