Nonsurgical procedures for a liquid facelift, such Botox® Cosmetic and facial fillers are popular in plastic surgery offices. Facial fillers, such as Restylane® and Juvederm®, are soft, hyaluronic acid gels that improve an area by adding volume and improving contour. 

This young woman wanted to improve lower eyelid bags without surgery and consulted with Dr. Chaboki to review nonsurgical options. Eye bags may be present from a young age due to genetics. She underwent Restylane injections to help improve the appearance of the lower eyelid and upper cheek areas. After results are approximately one month after nonsurgical treatment.

Fillers can help revitalize your appearance by reducing the shadows under the eyes to reduce dark circles or hollow eyes. Results can be achieved quickly or developed over several months, depending on specific anatomy, personal goals, and individual schedule. Dr. Chaboki works with patients to develop a cosmetic plan.

During the active phase of treatment, several treatments of facial filler are typical for the initial sculpting. Liquid facelift results depend on several factors such as specific filler material, area of treatment, and amount of filler injected. Additional filler may be used to finesse results after several weeks, if needed. Patients frequently return for further treatments with Dr. Chaboki for Botox and surgery as appropriate. Once desired results are achieved, patients may return every 6-12 months for maintenance treatments.
