After the facelift, she had facial filler injections with Restylane® to treat lower eyelid dark circles. Her main factors in the aging neck and jawline is the loose skin and sagging muscle (i.e. platysma). Her chin bone structure is appropriate, and she has minimal neck fat. She has been treated by Dr. Chaboki, a facelift specialist, over the years with liquid facelift treatments and was now ready to for revision cosmetic surgery.

She underwent a revision lower facelift, neck liposuction, and facial fat transfer. Fat injection was performed around the lower eyelids, upper cheek, and lip areas.
