This woman suffered from chronic nasal obstruction and nasal asymmetry from sports trauma years ago. She was referred to Dr. Chaboki for his "scarless" rhinoplasty technique and conservative approach to facial surgery. She underwent rhinoplasty to improve the appearance and function of the nose. Her nasal bones were reshaped, the profile improved, and the nasal passages were opened with septoplasty and cartilage grafts.
