She underwent an endonasal (closed) rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction. The nasal tip cartilage was refined and elevated, in addition to improving her profile. No external incisions were required to achieve her rhinoplasty goals. The nose has become more proportionate and balanced with her face.
